Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to Errol and Nancy’s Place on Tiger Drive, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this three-star guesthouse. The property has this wonderfully unpretentious vibe that immediately puts you at ease — it’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re staying with family friends rather than checking into a formal hotel. The fact that there’s parking right on-site is actually a bigger deal than you might think, especially in Nassau where finding a safe spot for your rental car can be a real headache. The hosts have thoughtfully designed every aspect of the property to maximize guest comfort and satisfaction.
The Hosts and Atmosphere
You know what really sets this place apart? Errol and Nancy themselves are genuinely involved in running their guesthouse, and it shows in all the little details. They’ve created this warm, welcoming atmosphere that couples absolutely love — I mean, the feedback speaks for itself on that front. It’s not fancy or flashy, but there’s something really appealing about the personal touch you get here. The whole property feels like someone’s well-cared-for home that just happens to welcome guests. Their dedication to hospitality creates an environment where visitors feel valued and appreciated.
Your Room and Comfort
The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with that lived-in feeling that makes you want to actually relax rather than worry about touching anything. The furnishings aren’t brand new, but everything works well and you can tell it’s all been chosen with care. Air conditioning keeps things cool during those hot Bahamian afternoons, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable for a place in this price range. I appreciated having enough space to spread out without feeling cramped. Modern amenities blend seamlessly with the cozy, homey aesthetic throughout the accommodations.
Location and Getting Around
Tiger Drive puts you in a residential area that feels authentically Bahamian — you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble here. It’s quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep, but you’re still close enough to downtown Nassau that you can easily explore the markets, beaches, and local spots. Having that secure parking means you can venture out during the day and not stress about your car, which honestly made my whole trip more relaxed. The neighborhood offers genuine insight into local life and culture.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t the Atlantis resort, and that’s exactly the point. Errol and Nancy’s Place works because it delivers exactly what it promises — a comfortable, affordable base with hosts who actually care about your experience. Couples keep coming back because there’s something romantic about the intimate scale and personal attention you get here. The 7.2 rating reflects what I experienced: solid value, genuine hospitality, and that rare feeling of being welcomed into someone’s home rather than processed through a hotel machine. This guesthouse represents authentic Bahamian hospitality at its finest.
Exploring Nassau blends pastel forts, rum distillery tours, and twilight cruises across glassy Bahamian waters.

Guest Reviews
Everything about your place is underrated. It's perfect. Just wish I could rent on a weekly or monthly basis
It peaceful
The breakfast was only available on one day. It wasn't offered - but willingly given when asked about it. Very limited menu - it was a toasted scrambled egg sandwich only + coffee.
Everything was good
They very helpful They generous
Errol is available for support you during your stay. For an extra amount he picks you up at the airport and drops you off where you need. He helped us also to buy a local sim card and suggested us nice spots for dinner in downtown.
Couple managing the property are excellent looking after guests needs, we loved it. Didn't know they can offer us airport pickup, even a car rental. Which is necessary to make it a perfect getaway in Nassau experience.
The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed
It was very nice staying here! Everything was clean and the environment was nice as well as the host were very accommodating to any and everything that was needed or asked for! I would definitely come back again and only rent from them! Personally, I booked for one night and I'm staying an entire week! I want to rent long term! This is the way to go! Thank you so much xoxo
Errol and Nancy are great hosts, the room was very clean and spacious. Errol helped me get around Nassau and the airport and Nancy made me breakfast on her day off work. I would stay here again next time.
